We are proud to offer all our customers a 7 days return policy from the date of receipt of the product. This allows you to return anything you have bought from eColthes within 7 days of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or invoice.

You will need to write on the parcel 'RETURNED eClothes GOODS' and return the goods by post or courier. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the parcel. If the reason for the return is due to an error made by eClothes, you will still need to pay for the cost of the return but we will be very happy once we have received the goods to refund you in full less any postage incurred in sending the goods to you.
